Renewing your credit card in Worldpay #
We use Worldpay as our provider for credit card payment. If your card has expired or is no longer valid, you will need to renew it on WorldPay’s system. Below are the instructions for this.
Go to Worldpay web site www.worldpay.com. If it asks you for your country choose “Go to Worldpay UK”
Click Account Login on the top right of the screen and then select “Shopper Agreement/Shopper Management System.
Enter your user name and password. These will have been sent to you when the account was first created. Your username is the email address that you entered when you first entered your credit card information at the start of the contract. If the email is no longer valid, please contact us so we can update it.
If you don’t have your username and password, click Forgot your password.
The agreement ID is on all automated emails that you have received from WorldPay and the email is the one that was given when the account was originally created. If you are not aware of the correct account number and email, please contact Manu Online support.
After you have successfully logged in then select the agreement.
The agreement information will be displayed.
Click Change Payment Details and enter you new credit card information.
The payment will be taken from your credit card the following night UK time. If you are several months overdue then the payments will be taken one month at a time over subsequent nights.
