For your continuing support we offer 3 options:

1. Key user support on a monthly contract. Order this from the licensing section of your system. You can order any number of months or have a continuous agreement.
2. Community support forum is available for no charge, you only need to register to be able to leave a message. We will attempt to answer all messages but it is not possible to provide company specific answers (i.e. relating to your own data).
3. Pay-as-you-go support: Fill in a premium support request and we will resolve your issue according to our normal support desk hourly rate.
