There are no opening fees for the two concurrent user Starter Edition. If you later choose to subscribe to optional features, add more users or upgrade to a more advanced version, you will then need to have a credit card. Your new Starter Edition has no charges for the 2 month trial period. After this it is possible to license the core system for a low £20 per month (this cost per system, not per user).

Manu Online is a multiuser system. When the account is opened you will be sent the login credentials for the first user . You may (and should!) create additional named users for each person in your organisation that needs access to your account. Each user can be configured with the appropriate user rights. For instance, the Starter Edition is limited to two concurrent users but an unlimited number of named users.
