Manu Online ERP Customers
Manu Online has been in service since Autumn 2000. The service is used by a growing number of companies who supply materials or manufacture in a variety of industries.

Our customers have a turnover between 0,5€ million and 30€ million and employ up to 300 employees. They benefit from a powerful business planning system which allows them to take control of manufacturing, purchasing, stock and sales activities more easily and with a lower cost than implementing an in-house ERP system.

Very often our clients have recognised the benefits of tight cooperation with their international trading partners, and have enjoyed the benefits of being able to access the system using a web browser regardless of geographical location.

Browse through some of our reference customers below or sign-up to create your own online ERP system and discover why Manu Online ERP is proving to be such a success.

The American aerospace component supplier Stein Seal Company uses Manu Online to manage their European subsidiary based in the UK.

The company is a supplier to top aerospace names such as Rolls Royce, KLM and MTU. These customers have demanding procurement procedures which the use of Manu Online helps fulfil.

Additional benefits have been the ability to access the system from both the UK and US without the need for any remote access products, plus the avoidance of maintaining any IT systems in the subsidiary.

The Finnish and Estonian factories of the 120 million Euro Swedish electronics manufacturer Note Ab use Manu Online to administer their complex sales, purchasing and manufacturing logistics.

Operations are driven by sales orders and customer-provided forecasts. Work is carried out in manufacturing cells using a hybrid make-to-stock and make to order strategy.

The electronics industry is characterised by demanding purchase planning. There are complex product structures which result in procurement of large volumes of both small and high value components with varying lead times. Shortage of even a single low value component may halt production with expensive consequences.

Delcon Oy is a leading manufacturer of solid state relays used in heavy duty automation and power generation equipment.

Delcon is typical of many electronic manufacturing companies; purchasing is carried out internationally with some components having significantly longer delivery times than the delivery times of products to customers. They particularly appreciate the material allocation system where the effect of sales is directly related to materials in stock, production resources and also materials in procurement.

Volar Plastic is a specialist manufacturer of plastic mouldings for cabin interiors and other industrial applications. The wide variety of plastic processes used are presented at www.volarplastic.fi.

Volar selected Manu Online because of its short implementation time, ability to connect to the group's accountancy system and ability to support the special process requirements of plastic mouldings in their production

AMT Vene Oy (Advanced Marine Technology) is a successful boat manufacturer focusing on the serial production of motor boats for the Scandanvian and European market. They have a history going back more than 20 years and to date have produced almost 30 000 boats. They specialise in the 4 - 7 m size range.

AMT use Manu Online as their corporate ERP solution. Each boat is manufactured as its own work order, mostly standard but sometimes with customer specifications.

Promena is a shoe manufacturer specialising in indoor and light industrial shoes. It supplies to commercial kitchens, offices and electronic manufacturing locations.

Promena manage their production using a high response time make-to-order process which is operated by Manu Online. Because of the high number of product variations caused by size, colour and model, only a limited product range can be kept in stock, and the bulk of orders are made to demand. Manu Online implemented a "work order size of one" philosophy which despite the low value/high volume manufacturing allows Promena to make just the product that the customer wants, when they want it.

Lamor Corporation is a world leading supplier of oil spill recovery equipment and services.

Lamor's logistics subsidiary, Lamor Technics, uses Manu Online for their procurement and warehousing and shipment processes. Materials are procured from suppliers around the world by their logistics team in Finland. Many orders comprise of kits of equipment packaged together for the final customer, and this is managed by the Manu Online system. They also have their own purchasing office in China, so an internet application is of great benefit.
